Refunds and Return Policy

Even while we try our best to match you with the perfect product, we recognize that occasionally returns or exchanges are necessary due to unforeseen situations. We will be happy to facilitate the return or exchange of any items you need according to the policies listed below.

Bring to the Store

     ·Bring your stuff to the store that is open.
     ·For assistance, visit any register, Express Services, or Customer Service.
     ·Expect refunds within 60 business days.

Send VIA Mail

  • Start your online return now.
  • Use the pre-paid mailing label that we’ll email to you so you can print it at home to send your purchases.
  • No printer? When you present your QR code at a USPS facility that is qualified, they will print a shipping label for you.
  • Refunds can be anticipated 5-business days after processing, which takes 10–14 business days.
  • If you discover any differences, flaws, or damage that may have occurred during transportation after receiving your item, please let us know within 3 days so we can quickly make the necessary repairs. If the consumer does not notify us within the specified time, we are unable to give a solution.
